Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Naravo platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Naravo, Inc. ("Naravo," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Accounts and dealerships

To use most features you must create an account and connect one or more dealership data sources. You represent that you are authorized to connect any dealership management system (DMS), CRM, or other data source you link to Naravo.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload or connect to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Naravo a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them through unauthorized means, interfering with their normal operation, or using them to violate the rights of others.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a separate agreement.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Naravo does not guarantee that insights, forecasts, or benchmarks will be accurate or error-free, and they should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naravo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
